Membership expectations:
Phase I-
Engage with the Service Lifecycle Model Steering Committee, understand and validate SLM as “correct”, voice your perspectives, engage in dialog and ultimately set the course for the overall project
Phase II -
Come to the table with specific requirements and criteria for the Service Lifecycle Model. Assist our team with the consolidation of those requirements and outline a project in which the application SLM adds value to a CSP project.
